I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within: 7 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items that have been worn 
You can return any item within 7 days of arrival for a refund or exchange only.

All made to order exchange pieces will take about 3-6 weeks to complete as an entirely new item will need to be made if we do not have the wanted size in sample stock. 

We will happily offer a refund of the product cost upon the return of the item. 

The cost of return & exchange shipping is at the customer’s expense. Please provide us with the tracking info when returning or exchanging an item.
