We are located in the Big Easy - beautiful New Orleans, Louisiana! We currently do not have a retail location but if you find yourself in NOLA, please feel free to drop us a line via Instagram DM or email - we'd love to meet you.
- How long do your items take to ship?
All ready to ship // premade items will ship out within 3 business days via USPS.
All made-to-order items with ship out 3-4 weeks after purchase via USPS.

- What is your Return & Exchange policy?
We DO NOT provide refunds or returns. We DO offer exchanges for a different size or store credit. Please review our detailed size charts to ensure a perfect fit!
If something is wrong with your order or a mistake was made on our behalf, please let us know within seven days of delivery. We are more than happy to work with you to resolve any issues! Please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your full name, order number and any relevant photos.

- Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship world-wide!
- If I'm purchasing a made-to-order [MTO] item for a festival, when should I purchase?
Please purchase AT LEAST five weeks before the date of your event. Upon purchase, include the date you are leaving and name of your event in the “notes to seller” section.
We will do our absolute hardest to accommodate your desired due date.
- Do you offer payment plans?
Not yet but we will be offering payment plans in the very near future!
- How should I care for my items?
All items should be hand washed gently in cold water with detergent soap and laid flat to dry. To keep your item in the best shape, hang it up when not in use.
